I love to cross stitch, but I absolutely HATE cardboard bobbins! I stopped using bobbins for a long time because I hated that the cardboard ones ripped or bent!

These bobbins are a perfect upgrade for anyone who cross stitches or does needlepoint or embroidery.

Created in our Londonderry, NH workshop, they are laser cut, stained and clear coated to avoid stain getting on thread and sanded so that the threads do not catch on the edges. Also available with only a clear coat, no stain.

These measure 38mmx38mm ( 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches) and are a nice, sturdy 3mm thick.

These have a specially designed slot in the top of the bobbin to slip the number end of the floss label onto, all you need to do is slip the label on and fold it over or cut it down! It is made just the right size so that the labels will not easily slip off. There is also a hole on the edge of the top and the middle of the bottom so you can put the bobbins on a ring and use one as a floss drop!

Perfect to add to your Civil War, Revolutionary War, Medieval Reenactment or Renaissance fair sewing kit! No plastic, no cardboard, just beautiful wood!
